At this time, we can ship to the continental US. We are not able to ship kits containing alcohol to AK, AL, AR, HI, ID, MI, NC, OH, TN, UT, and VA. If you are looking to ship to those states, check out our non-alcoholic cocktail kit offerings or select our Just the Mix option which lets recipients complete the recipe with a spirit from their home bars.
How can I track my package?
You can track your order straight from your accounts page accessible from the person icon in the top right of the website. Each recipients tracking information is laid out with the status and a tracking number link for a detailed explanation of the order.
How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Processing takes 24-48 hours and Ground Shipping takes 2-5 business days. This may change during our peak holiday season.
I missed my first delivery attempt!
If your shipment is being delivered via UPS, they will attempt to deliver up to three times. Remember, someone aged 21+ must be present to sign for the delivery. If you don't anticipate being present for the delivery, we recommend contacting UPS and having them hold the shipment at a local UPS facility so you can retrieve it. In the event you miss all delivery attempts or do not pick up your package within the allotted 5 business days, there is an additional charge of $30 for every attempt to re-ship a package via UPS.
Is shipping included in the kit price?
No. Shipping is not included within the kit price, except for our subscribers. Shipping rates are shown at checkout with options to select Ground, Three Day, Two Day, or Overnight delivery. Note that Cocktail Courier works with different licensed retailers and shipping providers around the country. Delivery times and rates vary.
Can I make a change to an order I just placed?
Our team works hard to get orders out as soon as possible, unfortunately, changes can not be made after it has been placed. If the order was submitted with an address error please follow up with the carrier to notify them.
Each kit contains all the ingredients you need to make 6-8 cocktails, including the garnish! This may include a combination of mixers, syrups, bitters, fresh citrus, and of course the alcohol. You will also receive a recipe card with a photo and detailed instructions on how to make the cocktail.
Do the kits include alcohol?
Yes! We partner with alcohol brands you know and love. However, please note that we can only ship alcohol to select states due to legal restrictions. Don’t worry - subscribers in these states can sign up for a Just the Mix subscription (which contains all the kit ingredients except for the alcohol at a discounted price) and add their own alcohol. We are not able to ship kits containing alcohol to AK, AL, AR, HI, ID, MI, NC, OH, TN, UT, and VA.
What are the shipping costs for subscriptions?
Our subscribers enjoy free shipping! Subscribers also save up to 20% per kit compared to a la carte kit purchases.
Do the kits come in different sizes?
Subscription kits come only in our “classic” kit size, which makes 6-8 cocktails.
Can I choose my cocktails?
Yes! When you set up a subscription account, you can choose your spirit preferences in order to receive kits tailored to you! Prior to each delivery, you will receive a preview email with your upcoming kit and the option to swap it for a different kit through your account.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause and start your subscription as needed.

For enthusiasts looking for alcohol-free options, we offer non-alcoholic kits as well as a Just the Mix option for each of our seasonal offerings.

It sure does! We have a new batch of cocktails every season. We even whip up something special just for the holidays. If you are ordering far into the future, we recommend connecting with us to get a sneak peak of what's coming.
How much do customizations cost?
We charge $7.99+ for custom kit wraps, $4.99 for custom recipe cards, $4.99 for custom notecards, and a $3.99/item packing fee to include your own additional items in the kits.
Can we create a custom recipe?
For orders of 200+ kits, we do offer the option to create your own custom recipe. Reach out to our VIP team if you're interested in designing your own drink from scratch! For orders under 200 kits, we suggest using one of our signature recipes and customizing your recipe card.
Is there a lead time to customizations?
We ask for customization requests to be submitted 2-3 weeks before your shipment date, but the exact timeline depends on the type of customization(s). To begin your customized order and build an exact timeline, please reach out to our VIP team at VIP@CocktailCourier.com.
Is there an order minimum for customizations?
Yes, all customizations require a 25 kit order minimum.
